Please be sure to package your InDesign files to be sure we have the correct fonts and links to produce your job accurately. To do that, simply click on File > Package.

Then be sure to stuff or zip the folder before emailing.

Illustrator does not have a package feature since it is the program that creates the links. To make sure the fonts don't change you need to create them to outline. Here's how. Select the type the click Type>Create Outlines

This effectively changes the text into graphics so it won't lose its formatting.

Packaging a file in Publisher is called "Pack and Go" Simply click:

File>Pack and Go> Take to a Commercial Printing Service...

Then Click Next

Select where you'll save the file.

Make sure you embed the fonts and link the graphics.

And click Finish to complete the packaging process.

To package a QuarkXPress document click File>Collect for Output...

And of course, stuff or zip the folder before emailing.
